USA Basketball national team exhibition games to be live streamed on Facebook for first time

USA-Argentina men’s matchup tips off nine-game schedule on Friday, July 22 at 9 p.m. ET

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.  USA Basketball National Team exhibition games will be live streamed on Facebook for the first time.  Presented by Verizon, simulcasts of NBA TV’s game coverage for all nine USA men’s and women’s games will be available on the USA Basketball and NBA Facebook pages.  The Facebook live stream exclusive begins Friday, July 22, at 9 p.m. ET when the USA Men’s National Team takes on Argentina.

Led by head coach Mike Krzyzewski, the 2016 USA Men’s National Team roster includes Carmelo Anthony, Harrison Barnes, Jimmy Butler, DeMarcus Cousins, DeMar DeRozan, Kevin Durant, Paul George, Draymond Green, Kyrie Irving, DeAndre Jordan, Kyle Lowry and Klay Thompson.

Led by head coach Geno Auriemma, the 2016 USA Women’s National Team roster includes Seimone Augustus, Sue Bird, Tamika Catchings, Tina Charles, Elena Delle Donne, Sylvia Fowles, Brittney Griner, Angel McCoughtry, Maya Moore, Breanna Stewart, Diana Taurasi and Lindsay Whalen.

NBA TV will televise all nine USA Basketball exhibition games.  Game talent will include Marv Albert and Matt Winer (play-by-play), Olympic gold medalists Grant Hill, Reggie Miller and Steve Smith (analysts) and reporter Jared Greenberg for the men’s games.  Vince Cellini (play-by-play) will be joined by four-time gold medalist Lisa Leslie (analyst) and reporter Kristen Ledlow for the women’s games.
