Pistons’ Zaza Pachulia fined
NEW YORK – Detroit Pistons center Zaza Pachulia has been fined $25,000 for confronting and verbally abusing a game official and failing to leave the court in a timely manner upon his ejection, it was announced today by Kiki VanDeWeghe, Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.
The incident, for which Pachulia received two technical fouls, occurred with 2:27 remaining in the third quarter of the Pistons’ 112-107 overtime win against the Toronto Raptors on March 3 at Little Caesars Arena.
