NEW YORK – Memphis Grizzlies head coach J.B. Bickerstaff has been fined $25,000 for directing inappropriate comments toward a game official and failing to leave the court in a timely manner following his ejection, it was announced today by Kiki VanDeWeghe, Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.

The incident occurred with 7:41 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Grizzlies’ 92-88 loss to the Utah Jazz on Feb. 7 at FedExForum.
