NEW YORK – Brooklyn Nets head coach Jason Kidd has been fined $50,000 for intentionally spilling a drink on the floor to delay the game, it was announced today by Rod Thorn, President, Basketball Operations.

The incident occurred with 8.3 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter of the Nets’ 99-94 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers last night at Barclays Center.
