NEW YORK – Charlotte Hornets forward-guard Kelly Oubre Jr. has been fined $15,000 for violating league rules prohibiting the use of profane language directed toward the spectator stands, it was announced today by Byron Spruell, President, League Operations.

The incident took place with 4:22 remaining in the second quarter of the Hornets’ 116-101 loss to the Toronto Raptors on Feb. 7 at Spectrum Center.
