NEW YORK – Los Angeles Lakers head coach Luke Walton has been fined $15,000 for public criticism of the officiating, it was announced today by Kiki VanDeWeghe, Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.

Walton made his comments to the media following the Lakers’ 143-142 overtime loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Oct. 22 at Staples Center.
