NBA to stream on NBA App all French League games featuring French star Victor Wembanyama
NEW YORK – The NBA today announced that all Boulogne-Levallois Metropolitans 92 games – featuring French star and top 2023 NBA Draft prospect Victor Wembanyama – will be available for free on the new NBA App throughout the 2022-23 LNB Betclic ELITE regular season and playoffs. The live streams will debut on Saturday, Oct. 29, when the Metropolitans 92 play JL Bourg Basket at 2 p.m. ET.
The NBA is streaming several marquee events from the LNB Betclic ELITE – the top tier of the French League – on the NBA App, including regular-season and playoff games, Leaders Cup Games (Feb. 17-19) and the LNB All-Star Game (Dec. 29). Click here to view a preliminary schedule of games.
The LNB Betclic ELITE will be the first non-NBA affiliated league to have its games live streamed within the reimagined NBA App, building upon the NBA’s goal to bring fans live basketball from professional leagues around the world. The NBA collaborated with the LNB, the French Federation of Basketball and Sportradar, the NBA’s official partner and leading global sports technology company creating immersive experiences for sports fans and bettors, to bring this programming to the NBA App.
As previously announced, the new and improved NBA App is the all-in-one destination for NBA fans of every team. With entirely new personalization features, the NBA App provides wall-to-wall content from every NBA game and features social-style vertical video, unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to players and teams, new and existing shows and series, and access to the NBA vault for free.
The NBA App – a product of NBA Digital, the league’s joint venture with Warner Bros. Discovery Sports – is free to download.
