NBA teams up with Zara to launch global collection of boys T-shirts
NEW YORK – The National Basketball Association (NBA) and Zara, one of the largest international fashion companies in the world, today announced a new partnership in which Zara will create a collection of NBA boys T-shirts across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. This marks the first time the retailer is partnering with a North American sports league.
The T-shirt collection, available for boys ages 3-12, will include feature designs for the Boston Celtics, Brooklyn Nets, Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat.
“Zara is a global leader in the fashion industry and through this partnership, we will have the ability to offer great new products to our growing international fan base,” said Salvatore Larocca, NBA Executive Vice President, Global Merchandising Group. “This new collection offers a stylish and casual way for our young fans around the world to show their passion for the NBA.”
