NBA corrects scoring error from Pacers-Lakers game

NEW YORK – The NBA announced today that a scoring error was made during the Indiana Pacers-Los Angeles Lakers game on Jan. 20 at Staples Center, which impacted the final score of the game but not the final outcome of the game.

Pacers guard/forward Glenn Robinson III was incorrectly credited with a three-point field goal when he made a jump shot inside the three-point line with 1:49 remaining in the fourth quarter.   The game statistics have been corrected and the final score of the game is Los Angeles 108, Indiana 95. Robinson’s scoring total has been changed to five points in the official box score.
