NEW YORK – Toronto Raptors guard Fred VanVleet has been fined $15,000 for making an obscene gesture, it was announced today by Byron Spruell, President, League Operations.

The incident occurred with 23 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter of the Raptors’ 115-109 win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Nov. 11 at Wells Fargo Center.
