NEW YORK – San Antonio Spurs forward-center Victor Wembanyama has been fined $25,000 for throwing the game ball into the spectator stands, it was announced today by Joe Dumars, Executive Vice President, Head of Basketball Operations.

The incident occurred following the conclusion of the Spurs’ 130-126 overtime victory over the New York Knicks on March 29 at Frost Bank Center.
