MANILA, PHILIPPINES – The Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and Tap Digital Media Ventures (TapDMV), a media and entertainment company, today announced an agreement to deliver live WNBA games and programming to fans in the Philippines through TapDMV’s channels across free-to-air and pay television as well as TapDMV’s over-the-top streaming service, BlastTV.

Beginning with the 2024 AT&T WNBA All-Star Game that will air in the Philippines on Sunday, July 21 at 8:30 a.m. and feature the U.S. Women’s National Team taking on the WNBA All-Stars, BlastTV will provide its users with live and on-demand access to WNBA games, including WNBA All-Star, select regular-season and playoff games, and the WNBA Finals across free-to-air channel Blast Sports and cable TV channels Tap Sports, Premier Sports 1, Premier Sports 2 and Premier Football.  BlastTV users will also have access to WNBA programming, including wraparound show “WNBA Weekly” and special programs featuring appearances by current and former WNBA players.

Additionally, TapDMV will host viewing parties for select WNBA tentpole events, including WNBA All-Star and the WNBA Finals.  As part of WNBA All-Star festivities in the Philippines, the NBA Community Court presented by TITAN will host free pickup basketball sessions for female players on Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21.
