Magic’s Wendell Carter Jr. fined

NEW YORK – Orlando Magic center-forward Wendell Carter Jr. has been fined $35,000 for forcefully throwing his protective glasses at a game official, it was announced today by Byron Spruell, President, League Operations.

The incident, for which Carter Jr. was assessed a technical foul and ejected, occurred with 2:09 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Magic’s 105-92 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Nov. 27 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
