RIO DE JANEIRO – The National Basketball Association (NBA) today announced that select playoff games from the Liga Nacional de Basquete’s (LNB) Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB), Brazil’s premier men’s basketball competition, will be available for free on the reimagined NBA App with Portuguese commentary.  The package of livestreams will tip off on Wednesday, April 19 with a matchup between Unifacisa and Corinthians at 19:30 pm BRT / 6:30 p.m. ET and run through June, culminating with the NBB Finals.

The LNB’s NBB joins a growing list of live basketball programming available on the NBA App, including games from the NBA G League, leading international leagues, top pro-am leagues, and more.  The offerings build on the league’s goal of delivering localized and in-language programming and content to basketball fans around the world.
